Providing active and passive daylighting systems to building owners.  Active daylighting systems from Ciralight can
produce up to nine times more illumination at low sun angles than conventional skylights, while at the same time
producing significantly less heat gain into the building than the electric lighting displaced.  Active daylighting allows
the building owners to completely turn off their electric lighting during the daytime hours from about one hour after
sunrise to one hour before sunset, all year long.

Due to the unique design of our Active Daylighting product, the Suntracker One from Ciralight, our systems will not
only save energy on lighting expense, but also on reduced lighting maintenance and reduced heat load on HVAC
systems.  The Active Daylighting system also allows for significant accelerated depreciation to assist in the
recapture and payback of the initial investment.

The Suntracker One uses a state of the art solar powered control system to track the sun with an array of thin
mirrors that effectively reflect the sunlight into a building.  The mirror array essentially artificially places the sun
directly above the skylight at all times of the day, while controlling the solar heat gain.  The natural daylight is
captured through a light well and bottom diffusion lens and is spread evenly over a large area in the room below.














The Ciralight Suntracker One produces up to nine times the light output than a passive conventional skylight and
distributes the light more evenly over a much larger area.

Electric lighting can be turned completely off and controlled via automatic lighting controls, which insure energy
savings and can be calibrated to any light level you choose. Each unit displaces between 800-1000 watts of electric
lighting while producing equivalent illumination. In fact, due to 100% CRI (color rendition rating) of sunlight, the
ability to see and perform tasks is dramatically improved versus electric lighting, which has a much lower CRI rating.

Colors are much truer to the eye. Requirements for artificial lighting are reduced by 66% and operating costs,
including HVAC are usually reduced by 33%.

Wal Mart has installed 28 SUNTRACKERONE units in one of their Supercenters and could save a total of $23,184
annually compared to fluorescent lamps totaling the same light output. Ace Hardware experienced at least a 10%
increase in retail sales after the installation of the SUNTRACKERONE.

Finally, scientific evidence shows that people feel, work, and learn better with daylight than with electric lighting.
